The hotel is located in the centre of Warsaw, 1.3 kilometres south east of the Palace of Culture and 3 kilometres south of the Market Square in the heart of the Old Town.

Situated on one of Warsaw's most beautiful squares, the MDM Hotel is housed in a traditional, 7-storey building with an elegant 1950s-style façade. It contains 132 spacious guestrooms, including 25 single, 64 doubles, 39 deluxe rooms and 4 suites. The rooms feature pale pink décor complemented by cherry wood furnishings and floral bedspreads. All are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. The hotel’s “Upstairs” Bar & Bistro serves a variety of international cuisine as well as a fine selection of refreshing beverages – accompanied by an impressive view of the Constitution Square and Marsza?kowska Street.
