Dominating the Warsaw skyline since the 1970s, the Novotel Centrum Hotel is housed in a 32-storey, Swedish-designed tower with a pale-grey exterior. The lobby is large and bustling with plentiful seating and a wide selection of facilities and services, including a travel agency, a small bar, a gift shop and a florist. The 740 average sized rooms feature cream décor, complemented by patterned fabrics and light wood furnishings. All are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. There are two restaurants on the ground floor: the elegant '404' and the spacious 'Essencia,' both serving international cuisine. Though some guests occasionally find it a little impersonal, the hotel is efficient and comfortable overall, with a good range of facilities.
