Good 15mins walk to beautiful old Warsaw but ideally placed for airport and commercial district. Good quality 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous hotel; superb breakfast. We were upgraded to a club room - king size bed, spacious room, enormous bathroom, robe and slippers, complimentary toiletries. Spa and swimming pool/jacuzzi gorgeous - candlelit at night. Excellent room service.

A fantastic hotel with a few poor staff, however the best i've visited for £35 pppn. Disappointed with the late night bar closing at midnight. The rooms were excellent some of my friend had issues with the electroic keys. Overall though I would visit again.

It was a great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the harpist accompanying throughout the breakfast was especially soothing. The staff were excellent and very helpful. One problem which I had read about in a previous feedback, but did wonder if this was a once off for a hotel of this standard, but found it to be true, was that our friends' room was not serviced by any form of cleaning or fresh towels provided for the 3 nights we were there unless they had asked for it to be done late evening on both occasions. After spending most of the day looking around and making the most of our time there, the last you thing you expect, is to return to your room with beds not made up and no clean ,fresh towels!! This was very disappointing. The front desk staff apologised and said they would look into the matter, but it was too late for an apology when we were leaving. This should never happen in a hotel of this standard.

Excellent location and great views from the higher floors. The staff were extremely professional and the whole experience was a pleasure.
